All payments are payable at the time of booking the tour. No tour is deemed to be booked unless full payment is paid.

1-Day Surf Tour and Surf School

Full Payment

Refund Policy:
New Zealand Surf ‘n’ Snow Tours reserves the right to cancel any trip, in which circumstances the customer’s full payment will be refunded.

Otherwise payments will be refunded on the following basis:
If more than 48 hours notice is given, 100% refund;
If less than 48 hours notice is given any refund will be at the discretion of New Zealand Surf ‘n’ Snow Tours.

Other Terms and Conditions

1. Other Terms and Conditions New Zealand Surf ‘n’ Snow Tours reserves the right to change the accommodation from that advertised.
2. New Zealand Surf ‘n’ Snow Tours, its agents and employees bear no responsibility or liability for any loss of or damage to the property of the customer during the tour. Whilst New Zealand Surf ‘n’ Snow Tours will endeavour to provide safe keeping of the customer’s property during the tour, any property left with New Zealand Surf ‘n’ Snow Tours is done so at the customer’s risk and no duties of bailment arise on the part of New Zealand Surf ‘n’ Snow Tours, its agents and employees.
3. The provision of the services and this agreement are governed by New Zealand law and any dispute arising will be subject to the New Zealand Courts.
